  • Acceptance of Terms
    Welcome to Khelo Fun, a marketplace for mobile games and applications. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Khelo Fun website and services ("Services").   • Termination

  • Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Dispute Resolution
    Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be in India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
  • Miscellaneous
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Khelo Fun regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements between you and Khelo Fun. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will be enforced.
